Classic Chrome recipes for Fujifilm cameras

Classic Chrome is Fujifilm’s documentary film simulation: lower saturation, hard contrast, a little silver in the midtones. Most popular “Kodachrome” and street recipes start here.

Cameras: Every X-Trans III and later body. It first appeared in 2014 on the X30 and X100T, and the X-T1 and X-E2 gained it by firmware update.

A Classic Chrome recipe is not a different simulation. It is Classic Chrome plus white balance, dynamic range, grain, Color Chrome, and highlight/shadow — saved as a JPEG look.

If a recipe lists Classic Chrome and your camera does not have it, skip that recipe. Do not substitute Provia or Classic Neg and expect the same file.
